The Golf Project LLC, doing business as Caleb Christensen Golf ("CCG," "we," "us")
Effective Date: September 26, 2026

1. Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any CCG lesson, program, membership, fitting, or service, you agree to these Terms. When you register a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf.

Some products have their own terms listed on the product page. Those terms apply alongside these. If the two conflict, the product page controls for that product.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • Individual lessons: Paid at the time of booking.

  • Packages, memberships, and programs: Paid in advance or on the billing schedule shown at purchase.

  • Price changes: Prices may change. A price change never affects a purchase you've already paid for.

  • Monthly memberships and subscriptions: We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

  • Annual memberships: Pricing is locked at renewal as described in Section 7.

  • Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, booking access may be paused until the payment is resolved.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancelling or rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment through USchedule, or by contacting us.

  • Individual lessons and fittings: A cancellation within 24 hours, or a no-show, may be charged up to the full price of the service.

  • Membership, package, and program lessons: A cancellation within 24 hours, or a no-show, counts as a used lesson.

  • Late arrivals: Lessons end at the scheduled time.

  • Repeated no-shows: These may result in the loss of online booking privileges.

  • Lessons CCG cancels: These are rescheduled or credited at no cost to you.

  • Exceptions: Any exception to this section is at CCG's sole discretion.

4. Facilities & Weather

  • Teaching locations: CCG teaches at North Links Golf Course, New Ulm Country Club, and The Course Indoor Golf Club. Each is independently owned and operated, and you agree to follow each facility's rules.

  • Facility fees: Range, simulator, and green fees are not included unless the product page says so.

  • Weather and conditions: CCG may move a lesson indoors, change its location, or reschedule it because of weather or facility conditions.

  • Weather cancellations: A lesson CCG cancels for weather is rescheduled or credited, never forfeited.

  • Indoor moves: A lesson moved indoors keeps its original booking and cancellation terms.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Coaching and fitting services: These are non-refundable. This includes lessons, packages, monthly and annual memberships, CCG Players Club, the Winter Improvement Program, online coaching, programs, schools, camps, and fitting fees.

  • Sessions CCG cancels: These are rescheduled or credited.

  • Hardship exceptions: Exceptions for medical or other hardship are at CCG's sole discretion. They may take the form of a credit or a membership pause rather than a refund.

  • Retail purchases: In-stock retail items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused. Opened or used items are not returnable.

  • Custom orders: Custom-built and special-order equipment cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed, except for manufacturer defects covered by warranty.

6. Lesson Packages

  • Expiration: Packages expire 365 days from the purchase date.

  • What's included: Packages cover in-person lessons only. They do not include online coaching, messaging, or practice plans.

7. Lesson Memberships

  • Billing: Monthly memberships are recurring subscriptions. They are charged on the purchase date each month until cancelled. Each membership month runs from your billing date to the same date the following month.

  • Minimum term: Monthly memberships have a three-month minimum. If you cancel during the minimum, the remaining payments through the end of month three still apply. After that, you may cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Annual memberships: These are paid up front at ten times the monthly rate and include a welcome kit each membership year. Benefits are delivered on a monthly cycle.

  • Annual renewal: Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We'll email you written notice at least one month before each renewal. Your annual rate stays locked for as long as the membership renews without interruption. If an annual membership lapses, rejoining is at the then-current rate.

  • How to cancel: Cancel through your USchedule account or by emailing membership@calebchristensengolf.com.

  • Additional lessons: Members may book additional 45-minute lessons at the current 10-lesson package rate, adult or junior as applicable. Additional 90-minute lessons are billed at twice that rate.

  • Rollover: Unused in-person lessons roll forward one month, then expire. All other benefits reset monthly and do not roll over. Lessons remaining when a membership ends expire at the end of the final billing period. Unused benefits have no cash value.

  • Pauses: Monthly memberships may be paused once per calendar year, for up to 3 months, by emailing membership@calebchristensengolf.com.

    • Eligibility: A pause is available only after the three-month minimum is complete and after three consecutive paid months immediately before the pause. A pause counts toward the calendar year in which it begins.

    • During a pause: Billing stops, and all membership benefits are suspended. This includes lessons, video reviews, messaging, and member pricing. Rolled-over lessons are frozen and cannot be used during the pause. They become available again in the first month after the membership resumes.

    • Resuming: Paused memberships resume automatically at the end of the pause unless cancelled. We'll email a reminder at least 7 days before billing resumes. You may resume early by emailing us.

  • Video reviews: Video reviews are submitted through CoachNow, and feedback is returned within 4 days.

  • Combines and checkpoints: New members receive a baseline combine at joining, with a retest every 6 months of continuous membership. A fitting and equipment checkpoint is included every 6 months.

  • Tracks: Members choose a track: Foundations, Scoring, Speed & Distance, or Junior Development. Tracks may be changed at any retest.

  • Founding member pricing: Founding member rates remain in effect while the membership continues without interruption. They are not available again after cancellation.

  • Annual notice: Each calendar year, we'll email you a reminder of your membership terms and how to cancel.

8. CCG Players Club

  • Term and renewal: Players Club is valid for 12 months from purchase. It renews automatically each year at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. We'll email you written notice at least one month before each renewal.

  • How to cancel: Cancel anytime through your USchedule account or by emailing membership@calebchristensengolf.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. The current membership year is non-refundable.

  • Lesson discount: The discount applies to individual lessons and to monthly Lesson Membership rates. It does not apply to lesson packages, annual Lesson Memberships, the Winter Improvement Program, or other promotions. It cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • Fitting credit: The fitting credit expires at the end of each membership year and has no cash value.

  • Player Audit: One Player Audit is included per membership year and must be booked within that year.

9. Winter Improvement Program (2026–27)

  • Program dates: The program runs from November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Program may begin before November 1, 2026 with CCG permission.

  • What's included: You receive 6 or 12 in-person lessons, depending on the option purchased. You also receive a baseline assessment and an exit combine, which are not counted in the lesson total.

  • Using your lessons: Lessons may be scheduled flexibly but must be used by April 30, 2027. Unused lessons expire.

  • Playing lesson: The playing lesson takes place in April or May. It is rescheduled if weather prevents it.

  • Simulator time: Simulator time at The Course is not included. It is booked and paid for directly with The Course.

  • Payment: You may pay in full or in monthly installments. The installment plan is a payment schedule for the full program, not a cancellable subscription. Remaining payments stay due if you stop attending.

  • Enrollment: Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.

10. Online Coaching

  • Single video reviews: Feedback is returned within 4 days.

  • Monthly online programs: These are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly until cancelled. Submissions reset each month and do not roll over.

  • How to cancel: Cancel anytime before your next billing date, through your USchedule account or by emailing membership@calebchristensengolf.com.

  • Resubmissions: CCG may request a resubmission if the video angles or quality are not usable.

11. Club Fitting

  • Fitting fees: Fitting fees are non-refundable. The fitting fee you paid is credited toward a club purchase through CCG made within 30 days of your fitting. The credit cannot exceed the amount you actually paid for the fitting, after any discounts or credits.

  • Custom orders: Custom-built clubs are special orders and are governed by Section 5.

  • Member pricing: Member fitting pricing is available only while your membership is active.

12. Junior Programs

  • Registration: A parent or guardian must register each minor.

  • Supervision: CCG supervises participants only during scheduled program times.

  • Drop-off and pick-up: Parents and guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up.

  • Elite Junior Academy: Admission is selective and governed by the program's own terms.

13. Health & Assumption of Risk

  • Not medical advice: TPI screenings, movement assessments, and workout programs are for golf performance. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Your health: Consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program, and tell your coach about any injury or condition.

  • Inherent risks: Golf involves inherent risks, including being struck by balls or clubs, uneven terrain, weather and lightning, and physical strain. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.

14. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release The Golf Project LLC and its coaches from claims arising from ordinary negligence connected with your participation in CCG services. This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

15. Personal Property

CCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at any teaching facility. This includes clubs, equipment, electronics, and valuables.

16. Photos & Video

  • Marketing use: If you opt in at registration, you permit CCG to use photos and video of you taken during lessons and programs. CCG may use them in marketing, on its website, and on social media, without compensation.

  • Minors: Images of minors are used only with a parent's or guardian's opt-in.

  • Opting out: You may opt out anytime by emailing info@calebchristensengolf.com. Opting out stops future use but does not recall materials already published.

  • Coaching video: Swing video recorded for coaching is used only for your instruction unless you have opted in.

17. Transfers

Lessons, packages, memberships, and programs are non-transferable unless CCG approves the transfer.

18. Conduct

CCG may refuse or end service for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive conduct. If CCG ends a membership or program, unused prepaid services will be refunded or credited on a prorated basis.

19. Changes to These Terms

  • Updates: CCG may update these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page.

  • Notice to active members: For active memberships and subscriptions, we'll email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. You may cancel before the change applies.

  • No retroactive changes: Changes never apply retroactively to completed purchases.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Venue: Brown County, Minnesota.
