Cancellation Policy
Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows on all lessons, fittings, and bookings are subject to a cancellation fee or no-show charge up to the total cost of the service. Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for scheduled lessons without proper notice will be subject to a no-show charge up to the full cost of the service at the Company's discretion. Online reservation privileges may be revoked for repeated no-shows
Weather & Facility Closure Policy
Changes to scheduling or locations due to weather or other circumstances are at the discretion of the Company. Lessons moved indoors are still subject to the original booking and cancellation policies. Additional modifications to the schedule are at the discretion of the Company.
Program/Booking Policies
General Terms
- Payment for lessons, packages, and indoor golf center access must be completed at the time of service
- Packages and memberships expire according to the dates outlined on each service page
- Certain lesson packages do not expire - please consult the product page or contact us with questions
- Lesson packages, programs, and memberships are non-transferable unless approved at the sole discretion of the Company
- Lesson rates and all other fees are subject to change at any time with or without notice
Liability & Property Disclaimer
Personal Property
The Golf Project LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while on Company premises or at any teaching facility. This includes but is not limited to:
- Golf clubs and equipment
- Personal electronics (cell phones, tablets, etc.)

Liability Waiver

Media Consent & Release Agreement
This legally binding agreement grants The Course, LLC. & The Golf Project LLC DBA Caleb Christensen Golf Academy the right to capture and use the undersigned individual's likeness, image, voice, performance, and/or appearance (the "Materials") for various promotional and business purposes.
1. Grant of Rights
By participating in services provided by the Company or visiting any Company location, I grant the following permissions: I grant The Course, LLC. & The Golf Project LLC DBA Caleb Christensen Golf Academy the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use the Materials for marketing, advertising, informational, and educational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on:
The Course, LLC. & The Golf Project LLC DBA Caleb Christensen Golf Academy websites and social media channels (e.g. but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
Print advertisements, flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
Internal and external presentations and training materials.
Any other medium now known or later developed.
These images may be used in public spaces and for marketing purposes.
Images will be stored securely with access limited to authorized staff only.
Images will be retained as long as they remain relevant, then destroyed or archived
2. Release of Liability and Compensation
I fully release the Company from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action related to The Course, LLC & The Golf Project LLC DBA Caleb Christensen Golf Academy’s use of the Materials, including any claims based on libel, invasion of privacy, publicity rights, or defamation.
I understand and agree that I shall receive no compensation for the rights granted in this Release.
I affirm that I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name.
3. Revocation of Consent
You may opt out of media consent at any time and still use Company services. To opt out, you must notify The Golf Project LLC in writing in advance of your visit or participation. Parents and guardians may also opt out on behalf of minors by providing written notification to the Company. Revocation will not affect any actions taken prior to receipt of written notification.
